3 hours of grappling training yesterday, sore but feeling empowered! Trying to get some training time scheduled tomorrow too.

Hello boys and girls, It was [[news/2008-12-11|7 years ago today]] that the site officially opened.

As this year draws to a close, I am sad to report I have had no meets this year.

Thanks to all my past opponants for a great year as ive never wrestled before this year you all were great with me.

Just a quick note that I am moving up a weight class. Most of the time since I started boxing in private sessions I have been a Light Heavyweight 178lbs in the amateur.

Well I had my first proper lesson of prowrestling, at a great ring in London, and it has kind of made me rethink my relationship with pro.

The WCWC has its next LIVE TV Tapings, Saturday December 12th. First bell is at 1pm, doors open at 12:15pm.
