nothing beats a forced workout in my pro home gym. toughen up my opponent, get him pumped and swole for a hard manhandling.
Gotta have my opponent(s) pumped and primed to take on a primal manhandling.

Lets start with 50 push ups as warming up.

Back straight, bend deep enoug and no breaks allowed.

At the last rep, hold your body in proper push up position just 2 cm from the floor until faillure Then roll on your back for 50 sit ups, each rep followed by a punch in the gut.
