Awright Scottish lad here visiting London probs December, staying in a Premier Inn , looking for younger guys who are up for a good match any wanna show a scottish lad what there made of, up for any kind of match / rules , so Boxing, Wrestling,Grappling, with mma or boxing gloves , with or without headguard, submission or k.o, whatever you want , tell me your ideal match and ill prob agree
If you are going to use Monicas Wrestling Centre in Walthamstow, East London, there is a Travelodge around 8-10mins walk from the venue itself. The Travelodge is situated right next to Walthamstow Central Overground/Underground station, which is about 30mins journey time from the centre of London by underground (Victoria Line).
There are other matted venues for wrestling in London, but this is the only one I'm aware of, with a ring. Other users of this site may know of another.
There are 2 main venues for wrestling.
A mat room in High Barnet which is on the Northern Line Tube and a ring and mat room in Walthamstow which is on Victoria Line.
Both venues are in outer London and as a tourist wouldn’t recommend staying in either place but suggest staying in central London and commuting.
Obviously more expensive so dependent on budget.
Staying in Euston or Kings Cross would be good for both venues and easy access to Central zLondon.
I haven't been to the UK since the pandemic and am eager to get back, both for work and play. Any recommendations for hotels in London in November 2022 - either for wrestling or proximity to wrestling venues? Thanks very much.
