I would not like to hit the stomach of a fainted man because I do not hear his moans his moans I do not see his eyes wide open and it would be like sinking your fist into a pillow and not into a man's stomach.
I have never fainted but I remember a couple of times taking punches Almost in a vertical line from bottom to top that went right under the breastbone and my breath disappeared for a few seconds and I almost felt my stomach coming to my mouth and it was a particularly painful but at the same time exciting sensation, I must say that on those two occasions, however, the pain exceeded the pleasure a little.
The guy who's already passed out doesn't get much out of it, except maybe for the adrenalin involved in anticipating it. There's something to be said for not knowing whether you'll pass out, or being brought to the edge of it, then allowed to recover well enough to continue the experience.

I'm embarrassed to say this, but the idea of continuing to gutpunch a guy after he's passed out is hot.
