Hey Guys. Was wondering, what you would call the back torture hold, described here. Let's say you have your man on the mat, let's say on his left side. You drop to your knees, driving your left knee between his shoulder blades and your right knee into the small of his back. While you grab his chin with your left hand and yank his head back towards you, straining his neck and shoulder muscles. And at the same time grabbing either his left or right thigh or one of his ankles and yanking his leg up and back towards you. Arching and Stretching him out.
