Wrestlers over age 50

Find most blokes interested these days are mostly in the mid 40s+ age range which I have no problem with. Getting older, been wrestling since I was in my mid 20s and have had a great time doing it! When I started back in the 90s early 00s, I was just so happy to realise somebody wanted a match and had the same combat want as I did. It was harder back in the day (in my experience in the UK) to meet anyone who wanted to wrestle ... you met in the UK via Iain Scott's mag, gaydar or recon and that was when the internet first really got up and running! The whole world and the internet has changed now and opened up the world of, what was underground, private wrestling to a whole new generation who never had to worry about being out or discussing their 'kinks'. Younger guys might not want to wrestle us older guys in their 50s and older but they do owe something to the opportunity they have to freely wrestle at all to our older 50s generation.

Fewer... but always looking and always sane and safe.

Since I'm late to the party, I took it as a given that my age would work against me so I promised myself two things: be willing to travel and network like crazy. I feel it's paid off for the most part. I kinda feel sorry for the younger twits who are missing the richness and wisdom of connecting with an older guy. Their loss!

Don't give up on younger guys....not all young guys are interested in older wrestlers/boxers, but there are those who are very interested. I"ve wrestled some great young men in their 20s, 30s, 40's, even early 50s....and I agree with you that age can be a detriment, and I was concerned on my last birthday that things would change for the worse. So far, so good. I have wrestled men ages 23-78, and prefer any age. Us "mature" (the new word for "older") men are not for everyone....but there are young studs out there who are looking to wrestle us.....again not all, but they are there. They will find you. (I have also experienced the disrespectful side from them on main chat....but a few bad messages will never outweigh the great matches I have had with younger men). There are outstanding, respectful young wrestlers/boxers out there.

I'm getting a decent amount maybe too many although not local. I just got back from St Louis and had 5 matches there. I am getting an average of 3-5 matches per month. I'm very accommodating and will travel for matches but I noticed a lot of the guys in chat especially talk a big game but really have 0 matches on there profile or vanish if you request a match. Also some guys on here are not easy to communicate with or don't respond back for weeks or longer which is why they don't get many matches

Within this site, fewer as ageism is extreme here, especially among visitors to, and locals in Las Vegas.

I roll my eyes when I see some young hottie write in their profile "no one over 50". When I was that age, I wrestled anyone and am so glad I did! I feel i get less matches these days, some of that's on me for not always being available, but I have learned to quickly move on if someone's not interested - no big deal. That's life. Feel lucky though to have experienced as many wrestling fantasies as I have over the years... always basing my matches on chemistry, not age or body type.

So true! I have some restrictions to but am locally available-but not to 22 yr olds that want to prove something! Older GWM ready DAYTIME/morning matches!

Honestly - probably just as many if not more. But you have to be more flexible about style/rules, i can't just go fullon competitive with everyone like i used to

Fewer. I think as we get older we have life issues, work, family etc that get in the way. Also today I think with social media more want to wrestle their mirror image and that cuts down on matches. Also if you’re not into the pro style or play submission that keeps the match count down.
I found it easier years ago.

I don't think it has changed. The last year low # of matches has been on me, not able/willing to meet for.. reasons.

Otherwise previous there's always the whose going to host/or go to a hotel thing.
A hotel is a hassle, had been a few where someone was traveling in and able to host in their hotel.
I'm sorta near LA, but not really and a really busy schedule makes it hard to drive, so I'll take ownership of a lot of it being me/my schedule.
But as with many have had a few flakes along the way.

Fewer matches, posted match notices but no takers..

Fight anyone.. any style ONCE rules agreed.
Looking for some serious new challenges for 2024 and some fun of course.

Been getting fewer matches from here while my experience grows.

I do wish that past meets from a deleted user could still be counted. Just have a note saying user no longer listed or a member.

Still getting matches, most are returning wrestlers traveling thru Cincinnati.

Been getting a steady flow of opponents. Been on here 2.5 years, 56 opponents, 110 matches with rematches. Just turned 70, but has not been negative factor yet Please log in to view gallery photos.

Or have you given up since you are ruining what's left of your reputation, even if it is a bad one. Three red flags in your recs are impressive. I think that is the site record, congrats! Still not sure why you blocked me. Are you? The only thing I can think of is jealousy. Not wrestling you, so don't ask me to visit your mats again.
